ViaPax is a peer-to-peer delivery network connecting individuals and businesses for on-demand small and medium item deliveries. The platform aims to reduce delivery time significantly, providing prompt and efficient service. We crafted an intuitive user experience that caters to both customers and handlers.
My Responsibilities as Design Lead:
Gathered user information and conducted research, user interviews, and competitor analysis.
Developed user personas, empathy maps, and user flows.
Created wireframes, high-fidelity frames, visual designs, and prototypes.
Led interaction design, testing, and final handoff phases.
Ensured consistency across all design elements through the design system.
