Goal Glowstick was an AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Tool for Post Sales Teams. Using proprietary AI, we analysed customer video call recordings to identify otherwise missed cross-sell and upsell opportunities from calls Sellers weren’t on. We enriched these opportunities with customer context for Sellers to seamlessly qualify into pipeline, and enable Sales Managers to monitor lead to pipeline conversion efficiently.
