OVERVIEW:  Bob's Watches is a well-known luxury watch reseller with a large online presence. Despite being a well-established brand, Bob's Watches was facing a significant problem with its website. The website was outdated, unresponsive, and had poor user experience, which was negatively affecting the user engagement and conversion rates. In order to tackle these issues, Bob's Watches decided to undertake a redesign of its website.
