Ibex.ai retention and revenue intelligence platform

Ibex.ai is a retention and revenue intelligence platform built for the gaming and betting industry. By leveraging AI-driven insights, Ibex helps operators understand player behaviour, optimise engagement, and drive long-term value through smarter, data-led decision making.
With a highly technical product operating in a competitive, regulation-heavy market, Ibex needed a brand and website that could clearly communicate trust, sophistication, and performance without overwhelming users.

The Problem

Ibex.ai is an advanced AI-powered retention platform designed to help gaming operators increase lifetime value, reduce churn, and make smarter decisions across player engagement and marketing strategies. As the product matured and gained traction, the company reached a turning point: the technology was strong, but the brand and website no longer reflected the depth, credibility, or ambition of the platform.
The existing site lacked clarity around the product offering, struggled to explain complex concepts in a digestible way, and didn’t clearly differentiate Ibex in a crowded market. Messaging felt fragmented, the visual language lacked consistency, and the overall experience didn’t support Ibex’s positioning as a premium, enterprise-grade AI solution.

The Brand

We partnered with Ibex to redefine their brand identity and digital presence, focusing on clarity, confidence, and performance. Our approach centred on translating complex AI and data concepts into a visual system that felt intelligent but accessible.
The brand direction was inspired by:
Precision and control, reflecting the data-driven nature of the platform
Signals, patterns, and movement, subtly referencing behavioural data, prediction, and optimisation
A refined, technical aesthetic, designed to resonate with enterprise gaming and betting audiences

Solution

We redesigned and rebuilt the Ibex.ai website as a fully responsive, scalable Webflow platform, aligned with the new brand direction and optimised for clarity, performance, and growth.
Key elements of the solution included:
Component-based design system, enabling consistency across pages while allowing rapid iteration and expansion
Clear product and value-prop architecture, breaking down complex AI features into structured, easy-to-understand sections
Scalable CMS setup, allowing Ibex to manage content such as product updates, insights, and resources without developer support
Conversion-focused layouts, designed to support demos, lead capture, and sales conversations
Performance and SEO foundations, ensuring fast load times, clean structure, and long-term search visibility
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the Ibex team to align on messaging, positioning, and future needs, ensuring the platform wasn’t just visually strong, but strategically sound and easy to maintain post-launch.

Results

The new website delivered an immediate uplift in brand perception and usability. Internally, the team gained a clear, flexible platform that could support sales, marketing, and product storytelling without friction. Messaging became sharper, the product offering easier to understand, and the overall experience more aligned with Ibex’s enterprise ambitions.
Externally, the refreshed brand positioned Ibex more confidently within the gaming and betting space, reinforcing trust with potential partners and clients. The improved structure supported stronger engagement, clearer user journeys, and a foundation for ongoing content, SEO growth, and future product expansion.
