Rahisi Foods Limited developed a long life, low cost, ready-to-eat nutritious vegetable-based food product targeting the base of the pyramid in densely populated urban and peri-urban areas.

I was consulted as a project coordinator whose work was to:

Create track, reconcile and reconcile project budget

Recruit the targeted consumers to test the product and provide feedback
