Tandvårdcentralen is a Swedish dental clinic operating across Malmö and Landskrona. The goal was to migrate the website from an outdated, plugin-heavy WordPress setup to Webflow without losing the organic search visibility already bringing patients to the clinic.

I rebuilt the website structure around a scalable Webflow CMS that could support more than 40 dental treatments, treatment categories, FAQs, booking CTAs and future content without requiring every page to be built or maintained manually.

A reusable treatment template now powers the service library. New treatments inherit the same structure, metadata patterns, booking flow and content system, making future updates significantly faster and easier for the clinic team.

The migration was also structured around protecting existing SEO value. Treatment pages were rebuilt as SEO-ready landing pages with cleaner navigation, stronger service architecture and local relevance for Malmö and Landskrona.

The result was a much more scalable patient acquisition website with 100% of key SEO positioning retained, 40+ CMS-powered service pages, 60–80% less page-management time and a 95+ Core Web Vitals score.

I led the technical migration from WordPress to Webflow and designed the CMS architecture behind the treatment library.

My work included planning the migration structure, building reusable Webflow CMS templates, organizing treatment categories and FAQs, implementing booking-focused CTAs, creating responsive layouts, improving the content-management experience for clinic staff, and carrying out technical QA and performance optimization.

I also worked on preserving the site's existing SEO structure throughout the migration so that the move to Webflow would improve maintainability without sacrificing search visibility.
