Context
The product was intentionally gated. The goal was to serve a known subscriber group, validate functionality, and ship fast under a fixed timeline.
Design Decisions
Built for known users, not discovery: No landing-page optimization or SEO flows needed. Faster development cycle.
Core workflows over polish: Focused on functional completeness (dashboard, ticker views, sector analysis) over visual experimentation.
Deliberate access control: Kept the product gated to maintain feedback quality and control rollout.
