ProbeTruth AI SaaS Platform for Deepfake Detection

Overview ProbeTruth is a platform that analyses videos, audio, and images for verification and legal use. I was responsible for designing a clean, guided, and trustworthy upload-to-analysis experience that reduces confusion and increases successful submissions.

The Problem Users were unsure: What to upload? What happens next? What if it fails? This resulted in drop-offs, errors, and incomplete submissions.

Designed a minimal, step-by-step upload flow (file → state → case type → scan)

Added smart validation and UX writing to guide users with clarity

Created progress, success, error, and cancel states for transparency

Designed a lightweight dashboard with recent analysis + history for user control

Fewer upload errors and drop-offs
