The logo visually captures the connection between schools and talent. The open book symbolizes education, structured evaluation, and institutional growth, while the star in the negative space represents talent, excellence, and ethical hiring. Together, they reflect NexGen Talent’s commitment to creating ethical and transparent employment practices in international schools.

For typography and colors, I blended a modern sans-serif with a refined serif to strike the right balance between trust and innovation. The agency had an existing color palette—one their client loved—so I smoothly integrated it into the brand system.
