Game responsibilities - Warhammer: Chaos and Conquest, Sponge Bob: Krusty Cook-off and Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers

- Responsible for Live Operations; - Owner of Product Brainstorms - Elaborate on the problems that we as a team need to tackle; - New features concepts; - System design - Events and IAPs; - Setup of global game OKRs + milestones to ensure results driven objectives for the game; - Copywriter of game content - IAPs, ingame messaging, etc; - Creator of main documents/tools that drive the day to day operations + strategic decisions; - Continuous data analysis to drive decision making + game health; - Specialized consulting practice for external developers - on Product Management; - Department strategy - Bridge of communication between the different stakeholders involved; - Project management - Roadmap creation according to OKRs + Management of the department's Jira board + Owner of weekly meetings to assure the status and efficiency of deliverables, towards department success; - Bridge of communication between the team and IP holder + Development studio; - Game status/KPI Analysis + reporting to the whole company.

Studio Responsibilities:

- Research on potential studios + games for M&A; - Analysis of games potential based on features + hypothetic KPIs; - Blockchain reports - P2E features and potential.
