Responsible for the companies top 2 products: Top Eleven & Heroic: Magic Duel

- Responsible forthe Live Operations of the products; - Department strategy and structure conceptualization + implementation; - Coordination of the teams involved in the Live Operations process - Game Art, Game Devs, Localizations, QA; - New feature concepts and development; - Data Analysis and subsequent game feature enhancements; - Feature and monetization roadmap creation and structure; - Responsible for the Jira board for the game's Product Management - pipeline and organization; - UX/UI QA of internal softwares for Data Analysis and Live Operations; - QA of Live Operations - testing, reporting and proposing solutions; - Data Analysis and application to business decisions; - Game status/KPI Analysis and reporting to the Leadership Team of the company; - Copywriter of all promotional content involving the game; - Creating all specifications for in-game promotions; - Trial of features and different methodologies through proper AB test planning; - Running user surveys as a method of gathering knowledge on user demands;
