Management SaaS platform

This project introduces a platform designed to simplify team collaboration by presenting complex, interrelated data through a highly intuitive table-based interface. Focused on clarity, convenience, and function, it empowers teams to manage workflows in ways that feel familiar, efficient, and streamlined.

Team-related tasks required managing large volumes of data and interdependent functions. Yet existing solutions relied on overly segmented screens that disrupted user flow and made collaboration cumbersome.

The challenge was building an interface that could:

To address this, I focused on a data table interface, which mirrors systems familiar to most office users (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM dashboards). Tables offer:

Compact access to diverse functionality

An organizing principle that supports both input and reporting tasks

The interface was enriched with collapsible modules, inline editing, sorting/filtering, column management, and more — maximizing visual and functional clarity.

The UX/UI design flowed through multiple stages:

To ensure maintainability and scalability, I built a strong design system that included:

Interactive states, including hover, focus, and multi-select

Customizable UI modules

A clean color palette, optimized for dense data without losing readability

Role-based layouts adapted to both individual contributors and team leads

This system unified the platform and served as the foundation for the final interface.
