The client wanted their website copy to be more relatable to their audience whilst maintaining their personality and voice. Before writing the copy, my goal was to ensure I had a good understanding of their personalities.

I chose to keep the tone fun and casual but also helpful and reassuring. The aim was to show that the clients were fun and approachable but that you'd also be in good hands because they love what they do and take it seriously.
