Delivery community development initiatives for creative gallery and artist studios to successfully increase membership, improve studio culture and increase brand awareness. Working collaboratively with studio staff and community members to identify growth opportunities within the day to day running and community relations.

I worked closely with the studio community enabling me to build a dynamic programme of opportunities, events, and improvements leading to increased retention of studio members and new member sign ups.
