Working collaboratively with creative businesses and artists to evaluate and refresh their creative strategies to meet their goals. From increasing customer engagement to clarifying their mission, I work 1-1 with individuals and business to identify sticking points, create roadmaps to reach goals, and develop business strategy.
From the singing teacher who wants to expand their services, to the artist who wants to professionalise their online presence, my creative consultancy service is a personalised and collaborative journey. Utilising my project management skills and creative background, I help clients build tangible and attainable steps to achieving their goals.
Additionally, I work with organisations to support their employee and company development through facilitating workshop, creative networking events, and board sessions.
