Brand Strategy Development for a fast-growing, forward-thinking, recruitment agency

RecruiterOne is a forward-thinking recruitment agency focused on transforming how recruitment is done in Romania. As RecruiterOne grew, their brand no longer reflected their business evolution. The competitive landscape had shifted, and they needed a fresh identity to set them apart.
hey required a brand that conveyed their innovative approach while appealing to both candidates and employers in a highly competitive industry. The goal was to create a distinct positioning and identity that would resonate with their target audience.

Research & Discovery

I began by developing a comprehensive brand discovery, diving deep into market research, competitor analysis, and understanding the business objectives. Through a collaborative workshop, we defined the mission, vision, and values, ensuring that the brand was aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

Brand Positioning

Next, I focused on developing a clear brand positioning that emphasized RecruiterOne’s unique strengths and market differentiators. This phase involved defining the brand’s USP, personality, voice, and language, while crafting a series of key messages that aligned with and reinforced the unique selling proposition. While working on the brand strategy for RecruiterOne, I gained insights into the specific needs of the Romanian market. This led to the creation of the USP 'The ace up the sleeve of Romanian entrepreneurs.' We aimed for a playful and dynamic approach to differentiate them from the traditional, outdated methods of their competitors. This positioning underscores RecruiterOne’s role as a strategic partner, offering businesses a competitive edge by securing the right talent and helping them stay ahead in the market.

Product naming

As part of the brand refresh, I developed names for two new retainer products that reflect RecruiterOne’s innovative approach. For the product focused on employer retention, I created the name KEEP, which conveys the idea of holding onto valuable talent. For the product aimed at businesses with ongoing recruitment needs, I coined the name Always Growing, highlighting the continuous evolution and growth of both the business and its workforce.

The website process was a separate service that I handled with meticulous attention to detail. With the brand now firmly positioned and visually represented, I continue to manage brand maintenance, ensuring that RecruiterOne’s identity evolves as the business grows and stays ahead of the competition. This includes adapting the brand to new trends, refining messaging, and keeping all touchpoints consistent.

RecruiterOne now showcases a clear, modern, and unique brand identity that sets them apart from competitors. Their revamped website, visuals, merchandise, and pitch decks reflect their innovative approach to recruitment, while their messaging deeply resonates with their target audience.
