Evergreen Funnel Creation for Leyla's Coaching

Leyla, a life coach for teens who’ve lost parents, wanted a way to consistently bring in new clients to her membership without relying on constant live events or heavy sales pushes. Her goal was simple: create an evergreen system that gently nurtures grieving teens (and their caregivers) and shows them the value of joining her supportive coaching community inside Kajabi.
By combining KIT’s automation features with Kajabi’s content delivery, I built a funnel that allows teens and families to move from first contact to full membership in a compassionate, supportive way.
My Role
Created the lead magnet funnel: a Kajabi landing page with a KIT-embedded form offering a free resource (“3 Tools to Rebuild Confidence After Loss”).
Wrote a nurture email series that builds trust, shares hope, and introduces Leyla’s coaching philosophy.
Integrated Kajabi’s checkout + membership access with KIT automations.
Designed a supportive onboarding sequence for new members so they feel welcomed and safe from day one.
Process
Lead Capture in Kajabi
Built a Kajabi landing page for the free resource.
Embedded a KIT form so every download triggered tagging + automation.
Nurture Sequence in KIT
Wrote a 7-day sequence sharing:
Hopeful stories of resilience.
A framework for rebuilding confidence.
Gentle invitations to explore life coaching as support.
Included links back to Kajabi blog posts + free trainings for added trust.
Sales Sequence with KIT Automations
After nurture, KIT automatically segmented leads:
Engaged readers received a 5-email invitation to Leyla’s membership program in Kajabi, framed as a safe, guided space.
Less engaged readers received softer encouragement emails and reminders.
If someone joined, KIT tagged them as a member and removed them from sales emails.
Onboarding in Kajabi + KIT
Kajabi delivered a structured membership welcome: guided video, first steps, and journaling prompts.
KIT onboarding emails reinforced safety and belonging (“You’re not alone anymore, here’s where to start”).
Long-term Engagement
Non-members stayed in a compassionate newsletter sequence — receiving weekly tips, stories, and encouragement.
Members received ongoing Kajabi content drops and group call reminders via KIT broadcasts.
