BlueKey Hosting needed its first digital magazine to do more than showcase photogenic homes: it had to give prospective investors a reason to believe in the company’s development model. I shaped BluePrint as a 12-page editorial pitch, combining project photography, construction imagery, market data, and long-form analysis into a publication with the authority of a magazine and the focus of an investor deck. The magazine identity draws on architectural blueprints without becoming literal, using measured rules, oversized type, generous image fields, and a disciplined blue-and-orange palette. Each spread moves between property experience, operating logic, and return potential, helping the project feel both desirable and investable.
