Objective:
The goal was to develop and implement a curated training program for 80 participants, focusing on knowledge-sharing and actionable outcomes. We invited guest experts to lead sessions, providing their insights on key topics. The training program was designed to ensure alignment with organizational goals while being adaptable to changing directions. Each session was tailored monthly based on feedback and evolving needs, with a focus on turning knowledge into action.
Role:
As the Training Coordinator, I was responsible for curating the training program, which included selecting guest speakers, organizing session logistics, and aligning the content with both strategic objectives and the team's immediate needs. I worked closely with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure the program's relevance and impact, ensuring each training session had actionable takeaways that could be applied to the participants' daily work.
Skills Applied:
Project Management: Coordinating a large-scale, curated training program for 80 participants required efficient planning and attention to detail. I successfully managed scheduling, guest invitations, and participant coordination.
Stakeholder Engagement: I worked with leadership to ensure that the guest speakers' topics were aligned with the organization's current focus and strategic plan. By maintaining regular communication, I ensured that the program was relevant and valuable.
Adaptability & Flexibility: The program evolved on a monthly basis based on feedback and shifting organizational priorities. I quickly adapted content and schedules to meet the changing needs of the team.
