As a UI UX Designer, my role was to design a scalable SaaS design platform with a strong focus on product design, clean web design, and fast MVP delivery — all built in Figma.

The platform provides seamless user management with sign-up, sign-in, and a trial period, allowing users to explore the product before subscribing. A central analytics dashboard gives real-time insights into engagement metrics, post performance, and overall trends, structured through clear UI UX design and modular web design layouts.

Key modules include:

Engage Module for connecting and managing X (Twitter) and LinkedIn accounts, configuring posting rules, and AI-driven scheduling.

Creators Module for audience building, creator inspiration, and keyword optimization.

AI Content Engine that generates posts, optimizes timing, and stores post history with performance insights.

The client’s main challenge was speed: they needed a functional SaaS platform ready for launch in a short timeframe, while remaining flexible for future growth. To solve this, I designed a component-based UI system and modular product design architecture in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency.

High-Fidelity Wireframing — structured layouts for all screens

UI Design in Figma — reusable components and scalable SaaS design system

Development Handover — complete specs, assets, and documentation

The platform was successfully delivered and launched into production. Early user feedback confirmed that the UX flows are intuitive and meet expectations. We are currently monitoring engagement metrics and optimizing user flows to further improve the UI UX design and overall product performance.
