Owned all digital marketing channels for dancewear specialists Bloch, tasked with aggressive Ecommerce revenue growth within the UK, US and EU. Worked closely with the Ecommerce team on website improvements to increase conversion rate and increase ROAS. 
Responsibilities:
Forecasted and controlled a budget of over £1.5m per annum, split across Ecommerce, Retail & Marketing 
Owned and executed the digital marketing strategy, working across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates to grow Ecommerce sales within our ROAS targets
Managed our SEO agency, working closely to execute our SEO strategy across technical, content, and digital PR 
Supervised the Ecommerce Assistant & Customer Service Assistant to complete administration based digital marketing tasks, website content improvements & marketplace updates
Worked closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure a consistent customer journey
Highlights:
Increased digital marketing channel revenue by 125% in the US and 65% in the UK, despite Covid-19 challenges
Decreased reliance on branded search, increasing non-brand PPC revenue by nearly 300% within a year
Launched our Affiliate program with Rakuten, driving 8% of total Ecommerce revenue in the first year
