Responsible for building the digital marketing strategy and delivering high growth for all digital channels across the 3 Hackett brands (Hackett London, Hackett Mayfair and HKT) for the UK, Spain, France & Germany. 
Responsibilities:
Forecasted and controlled a budget of over £1.2m per annum, split between brand and direct response 
Managed digital marketing agencies for PPC, SEO and Display, working together closely to ensure growth
Line managed the Digital Marketing Coordinator, ensuring campaigns were delivered within target
Highlights:
Digital channel revenue growth of 72% from FY1718 to FY1819, including Generic Search increase of 73%, Google Shopping increase of 158% and Paid Social increase of 204%. 
Put in place SEO strategy and agency as there was previously no SEO work in place, working on both the technical side as well as on-site content. 
Appointed new PPC agency to maximise growth, focusing on growing Generic and Shopping.
