TRANSFORMING RETAIL LOGISTICS INTO A CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE
The Problem
Empire MENA operates in "purely functional" sectors like POSM, in-store branding, and shelf placement. The challenge was to shift the perception of these everyday retail tasks from basic logistics into a compelling brand story that feels exciting and shareable.
The Solution
We repositioned social media as a Brand Experience rather than just a posting calendar.
Bespoke Illustration: Every background was hand-drawn to ensure a premium, distinctive visual language.
Strategic Storytelling: Displays became "characters" and shelves turned into "stages" through cinematic art direction.
Conclusion
This project redefined what it means to build a brand point of view. Moving beyond traditional logos, we turned physical retail structures into characters within a larger story.
