Croatian Podcast App, Ux & UI Design

This project is a spinoff of an app that I have designed for an IT agency. The original project was a mobile app for audiobooks. I've led multiple workshops with clients and the production team, created user flows, wireframes, personas, empathy map, project proposal, and the final UI for both the mobile app and the web landing page (the landing page is not recreated in the spinoff project). Since user research has shown that Croatian users in targeted audiences rarely listen to audiobooks and are more prone to listening to podcasts, I created this alternative project where I angled product into that direction. I also designed features that address the main pain points and user needs that have come up during the research.
