LeadPulse PowerPoint Presentation System

Lead Pulse is a software company specializing in generating newsletter leads. They needed a way to showcase their platform to potential clients across a wide range of verticals- from pets to politics, parenting to automotive.

I designed and built a PowerPoint template system that became the foundation for 15 tailored sales presentations. These decks were used by the sales team both in cold outreach and during client meetings to demonstrate the platform’s value.

The challenge was to make the presentations dynamic and engaging while keeping the file sizes light enough for quick sharing. To achieve this, I created:

     • Custom animations (charts, graphs, and newsletter sign-up demos) that illustrated performance metrics in a lively but efficient way.

     • Sector-specific customization, with each vertical featuring relevant imagery, tailored case studies, and example brand colors.

     • Scalable design, ensuring the template could be reused and easily adapted for future verticals.

The result was a suite of presentations that felt polished, professional, and flexible- helping Lead Pulse bring their story to life in a way that connected with each potential client’s world.
