'Done' is a home cleaning company in NYC that runs their business from an app. Their product allows NYC apartment owners to book a cleaning job by picking out a schedule, a vetted professional cleaner, and a subscription. 'Done' has set a great local reputation but the owner (Denis) wasn't happy about the overall website experience and conversions.
Second challenge was the website maintenance. Denis had to ask for developer help every time he would need a new page or simple content changes. He was looking after Webflow as his website builder.
Lastly, they wanted to kickstart their local SEO efforts and rank for 'home cleaning' keyword/services in the NYC.
Process
We started with an extensive one-week market research to understand who's the Ideal Customer Profile and what kind of branding we need to create so it speaks the message and make people feel happy when they visit the website.
We ended up with the following moodboard:
'Done' initial moodboard
With the moodboard and market research in place, we started to work on the conversion drivers. These are basically different layout options and elements that are meant to achieve the following:
Make people immediately understand what the product does and what's the main benefit. This is called Direct Response in the marketing and sales copy world.
Integrate a product-led Call To Action
increase the signup and activation rates.
'Done' was also looking or professional cleaner's avatars. We ended up using MidJourney to create photorealistic human avatars without compromising the quality or the budget.

Results
Denis (the Founder) was super happy to see his new site live.
So what exactly we've been able to achieve?
'Done' team got a new site that's able to pull at least 2x in signup rate.
With a component library in place, it's a lot easier to publish new pages and iterate over existing ones. No CSS, HTML, or Javascript knowledge required.
A new design system that includes branding elements, product mockups, and Figma components so 'Done' team could use their new branding on other places too, like their Instagram, Facebook, or a blog post.
Local SEO pages (Services & Locations) to help 'Done' website drive traffic from location-specific search queries.
