Biometric Wellness & Mindfulness Platform Product Design · Mobile App · UX Research Tranquil is a wellness platform designed to help users manage stress through biometric insights, guided sessions, and immersive mindfulness experiences.

The focus of this work was translating physiological data into experiences that feel calming and intuitive rather than clinical. Instead of overwhelming users with metrics, the product surfaces meaningful insights through visualizations, guided sessions, and contextual recommendations.

I designed health dashboards, biometric feedback views, meditation sessions, and personalized wellness journeys, while establishing the visual language and interaction patterns that define the product experience.
