• Order entry of Italian customer orders with transactional efficiency

according to pre-defined processes, meeting daily shipping times and

handling any exceptions.

• Active collaboration with colleagues from Front Office, Sales and Pricing

Team for an efficient resolution of order handling issues.

• Responsible for the customer support regarding the new European

regulation on explosive precursors: answering customer queries and

requests via e-mail by collaborating with relevant departments, checking

submitted declarations, uploading and organizing said documents in the

database.
