Introduction
An AI-powered performance assessment tool designed to provide 360° feedback across organizations. Founders and HR leaders can connect their Slack or Google Teams accounts to automatically fetch company structures and team members.
From 1-on-1 reviews to team-based, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual assessments, the platform automates the process of distributing and collecting performance reviews. A specialized OpenAI model then generates contextual questions, analyzes responses, and produces insightful reports that highlight team strengths, challenges, and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
