I built an end-to-end hiring platform similar to Upwork, designed for Admins, Recruiters, Companies, and Freelancers. The platform leverages AI-driven onboarding, smart matching algorithms, and automated validations to streamline hiring. Companies can easily post jobs, invite freelancers, and track applications, while freelancers receive tailored job recommendations. With Stripe-powered subscriptions, secure data handling, integrated messaging, and e-signatures, the platform provides a complete hiring ecosystem.

The goal was to create a hiring marketplace that reduces friction in onboarding, ensures data security, and improves hiring outcomes with AI-powered matchmaking. The client wanted the platform to be as seamless as Upwork, but with enhanced onboarding, compliance checks, and automated communication.

AI-Powered Onboarding - Users upload resumes, and AI auto-fills profiles with skills, past experiences, and companies. For companies, AI fetches details using CIN/registration data.

Smart Matchmaking - AI scores job–freelancer compatibility and recommends best-fit opportunities to both sides.

Job Posting & Proposals - Companies can post jobs, invite freelancers, and track proposals. Freelancers apply directly or via smart recommendations.

Admin Validation - Admin checks ensure only verified freelancers and jobs go live.

Subscriptions via Stripe - Companies pay per job post or via subscription packages, handled through Stripe billing.

Messaging & Notifications - Built-in communication hub with real-time messaging, Twilio SMS, and SendGrid emails.

DigiSign Integration - Digital contract signing for faster project onboarding and legal compliance.

I designed secure data models ensuring that personal details remain encrypted, accessible only to the relevant party once engagement is approved. Admin approval layers were added for both freelancers and job posts, maintaining trust in the ecosystem.
