Cauldron of Calamities

The year 2021 did nothing positive for the world. It rather rubbed salt into the wounds--- adding cascades of calamities to the pandemic. Earth became a cauldron of chaos, leaving thousands dead and stranded due to successive natural disasters. The very elements of the planet became hostile, raising eyebrows over the evident climatic shift while burning, ravaging and submerging parts of almost every continent. From hurricanes and winter storms in North America to cyclones, volcanoes and typhoons in Asia, nature unleashed its fiercest of forces to torment the already gasping mankind. Orissa POST takes a look back at the endurance of human race in 2021 on the face of a rather nightmarish guise of the world.
