. I was hired recently for creating campaigns for a business. It was a great opportunity for me to showcase my skills. As per project requirement I had to do advance keyword research for both Amazon SEO & PPC. Here are some Images of the final sheet;

So, all these details are already there when you download the report but other tabs like B, E, M, N, O, and P are added for simplifying it more.
Column B: Has a check box to mark relevant and useful terms. This is because we try to go with most relevant terms first.
Column E: Shows ratio of the sales/search volume, its basically same as CTR but in a broader perspective.
Column M: This column has the terms that we are already running ads on to remove the duplicates and to not select a same keyword multiple times.
Column N: This column shows wither the PPC keyword is active or not.
Column O: This column shows wither the indexed term is used in PPC or not.
Column P: The last column shows only the terms that we have marked useful.
