🛠️ Overview: The client needed a reliable way to manage LinkedIn outreach directly from their CRM without manual syncing or duplicate messaging. I designed and implemented a multi-flow Zapier integration connecting Wealthbox and HeyReach, enabling both one-off personalized LinkedIn messages and scalable semi-automated blast campaigns, while keeping all activity logged inside Wealthbox.

⚙️ What I Delivered:

Built a custom one-off LinkedIn outreach workflow triggered directly from Wealthbox using custom fields

Implemented bulk add/remove automation to sync Wealthbox contacts with HeyReach campaign lists

Designed logic to prevent duplicate messages by checking existing LinkedIn conversations

Automated reply logging, capturing HeyReach replies back into Wealthbox as contact notes

Structured multiple Zap flows (custom message, reply logging, add to list, remove from list) for clean separation and reliability

Ensured proper field mapping and CRM hygiene (using default LinkedIn URL field, post-send resets)

Eliminated manual LinkedIn message sending from outside the CRM
