Client Overview

Behno is a premium luxury fashion brand that blends contemporary design with ethical craftsmanship. As a high-end e-commerce store, Behno required a seamless shopping experience that aligned with its brand values, improved user engagement, and optimized the checkout flow

Project Goals

Our Work Process

1. Research & UX Audit

Before jumping into the design, we conducted a comprehensive UX audit to understand Behno’s user challenges.
Key Findings from the Audit: ✅ Complex navigation made it difficult for users to explore collections. ✅ Product pages lacked visual hierarchy, making it harder to focus on key details. ✅ The checkout process had unnecessary steps, increasing the cart abandonment rate. ✅ The mobile experience was not fully optimized, leading to usability issues.
To validate our findings, we used:
Heatmaps & Analytics to track user behavior.
Competitor benchmarking is used to identify best practices in luxury fashion e-commerce.
User Interviews to gather insights on shopping preferences and frustrations.

2. Wireframing & User Flow Optimization

With the research insights in hand, we moved on to improving Behno’s user journey.
Key Wireframing Enhancements: 🛍️ Navigation Simplification: Redesigned the menu for easy product discovery. 🔍 Product Page Optimization: Improved layout, ensuring clear CTAs and pricing visibility. 📱 Mobile-First Approach: Designed for seamless browsing across all screen sizes. 🛒 Checkout Flow Enhancement: Reduced steps to minimize friction and improve conversions.
We created low-fidelity wireframes to map out the new experience and tested them with users to refine the flows.

3. UI Design & Visual Enhancement

Once the user flow was finalized, we focused on bringing Behno’s brand to life through design.
🎨 Luxury-Driven Aesthetics: A clean, elegant interface with a premium feel. 📸 High-Quality Imagery: Showcased products with immersive visuals & zoom effects. 🌐 Consistent Branding: Refined typography and colors to align with Behno’s identity. 🛍️ Enhanced Shopping Experience: A clutter-free design ensuring effortless browsing.

Once the design was finalized, we worked on integrating the new UI with Shopify while ensuring optimal performance.
