Space is an Indian Mumbai-based company that offers a range of smart home control devices that allows users to control their smart home accessories via the app and voice control. In an increasingly connected world, the demand for smart home control devices has been on the rise. With the COVID-19 pandemic, this demand has only increased as more people are spending time at home and seeking ways to make their lives easier, safer, and more comfortable. As a result, the market for smart home devices has become more competitive, and it has become essential for businesses to stand out with their products and online presence.

project Goals

The project goal was to redesign the website & create a modern, user-friendly, and engaging website that would appeal to tech-savvy consumers and provide an exceptional user experience through showcasing the company’s range of products, and services and providing customers with an easy way to purchase their products.

Problem

The website had a confusing navigation structure, making it difficult for users to find the information they needed.

The visual design of the website was outdated and did not reflect the modern, innovative nature of the company’s products.

The website did not effectively establish trust with users, leading to a high bounce rate and low conversion rates.

The website did not effectively showcase the company’s products or services, leading to low user engagement and conversion rates.

The website lacks to provide users with answers to basic questions, leading to confusion and low user engagement.

Solutions

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the website’s navigation structure and user flow, and implemented a new, more intuitive menu system.

We developed a new visual identity for the website, including a fresh color scheme, modern typography, updated imagery and using more interactive elements such as animations to make the website more engaging and immersive.

Adding customer reviews and ratings to product pages, providing social proof via testimonials to establish trust with users.

Improving the visual design of the website to feature high-quality images or videos of the products or services. Using calls-to-action throughout the website to encourage users to take action, such as “Buy Now” or “Contact”.

A dedicated FAQ section that organizes questions by topic and provides comprehensive answers to provide users with the information they need to feel confident in their decision to use the company’s products or services.
