Hood is a neighborhood bookstore located in Paris offering an ultra-curated selection with an emphasis in the visual arts. Hood approached me to design a fun, lively and unique identity, but one that was also simple and contemporary. The solution is a word-mark and visual container that acts as “book-ends” to any concept or idea that falls within the realm of the visual arts. It is ever-changing and evolving. Animation brings the visual identity to life along with an expanded visual language that is bright, fun, uplifting and inspiring.
