FYVE is a provider of a digitally native property and community management service designed to take care of real estate investments. The company's services integrate technology and superior localized service to streamline the residential real estate investing and unlocking value between owners and tenants. FYVE have an ecosystem of products for homeowners, communities, buildings, and residents.
Challenge
As a product designer, I faced the task of creating a service that would simplify the process of renting properties for both homeowners and tenants. The main challenge was to quickly create an intuitive and convenient interface that would make the service accessible and attractive to a wide range of users.
Shaped the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of 4 products, launched the MVPs and gathered the first thousand of users.
Spearheaded the development of the products, achieving the startup transition from Seed to Series A.
Created the entire design system from scratch and integrated it seamlessly into the ecosystem of products.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define product expansion strategies and drive successful launches in 10 new US states.
Performed different methods of usability testing, leveraging data and user behavior to make data-driven design decisions, resulting in a growing conversion rate of 37%.

Implement, test and learn:
The product was launched on the market. The key metrics were identified. We decided to focus on metrics related to Task Success Rate, Error Rate, and Conversion Rate, focusing on the goal of building a loyal audience.
Feedback was collected to understand areas of improvement.
Maintained good performance to satisfy investors and facilitate the development of other products.
After the product's market release, we observed and measured key performance indicators.
This project is a bright example of how quality product design can transform the market and create value for end-users. Through careful analysis, creative thinking, and close collaboration with the team, I was able to bring to life a project that not only meets the needs of homeowners and tenants but also sets a new standard in the real estate ndustry.
