Sonarly Landing Page Redesign

Sonarly Landing Page - The autonomous monitoring platform.

Landing page redesign for Sonarly, an AI agent that fixes production bugs (YC W26).

Sonarly investigates alerts, finds the root cause, and ships a pull request before your engineers even open their laptop. Powerful product. But the landing page wasn't pulling its weight.
The original site was clean and minimal, but it leaned too hard on aesthetic and not enough on persuasion. No testimonials. No customer logos. No real comparison against alternatives. For a tool that asks engineering teams to trust an AI with their production code, that's a problem.
So I redesigned it.
Before and after redesign
Before and after redesign
The new page leads with pain instead of poetry. The hero now says "Stop drowning in alerts at 3 AM" instead of "Your software fixes itself." The first one is clever. The second one is what every on-call engineer actually feels.
Design decisions:
✅ Pain-first hero to hook the reader in 3 seconds
✅ Problem agitation section using the PAS framework
✅ Named testimonials with real metrics, not vague praise
✅ Benchmark chart comparing Sonarly to Claude Code and Codex
✅ Dedicated SOC 2 section for the security-sensitive buyer
✅ 4-tier pricing with annual toggle and "Most Popular" badge
✅ Final CTA stripped to a single button, no friction
Every section answers one question: would this make a skeptical engineer click "Start free"?
The goal wasn't to win a design award. It was to make a YC startup look like a trusted vendor, not a side project.
