Broccoli and Pork Stir-Fry. 
Broccoli isn’t just a great vegetable rich in phytonutrients and vitamin C. He is also the man who made more than 40 classic movies that became box office hits. In fact, Albert R. Broccoli is the film producer who made James Bond famous. Eat that! Fact monsters, broccoli lovers & haters!
On a serious note though queen green is a must on your plate especially in winter seasons. You’re also welcome to check out this broccoli soup recipe for chilly nights and days.
What you will need: 
A warming treat. 
Marinade: 2cm knob ginger, peeled and grated, 1 clove of garlic, grated, 1/3 cup (80ml) soy sauce
2 tsp (10ml) honey, ½ tsp (3ml) sesame oil
1 packet (250g) rice noodles, cooked 
1 (400g) pork filet 
Glug of canola oil 
Salt and milled pepper 
1 clove garlic, crushed 
2 packets (230g each) broccoli stems halved lengthways 
2 tsp (10ml) lemon juice
Large handful coriander
1 tsp (15ml) toasted sesame seeds
How to make broccoli and pork stir-fry (serves 4) 
Stir marinade ingredients together and place in 2 bowls.
Toss noodles in one bowl of marinade and coat filet in the other
Set aside for 20 minutes 
Heat oil in a wok and brown filet on all sides 
Baste through throughout
Season and set aside to rest for 10 minutes 
Add garlic, broccoli and lemon juice to the same pan and fry over a high heat until stems are bright green 
Slice pork into thin slivers 
Serve with noodles topped with broccoli, coriander and seeds.

Green Chargrilled Spring Greens with Lemon Pork Chops.

Ingredient list: 
6 pork loin chops 
¼ cup (60ml) canola oil 
2 garlic cloves, crushed 
Zest of 2 lemons 
Dressing: 1/3 cup (80ml) buttermilk; ½ ripe avocado, cubed; Handful basil, coriander, and parsley;  2 spring onions, thinly sliced; 2 tsp (30ml) apple cider vinegar; 1 anchovy filets, chopped; 1 tsp (5ml) honey;  ½ cup (125ml) olive oil; Salt and milled paper
1 bundle (120g) Asparagus, blanched
6 pak choi, blanched and halved 
3 baby green cabbages, quartered and blanched 1 packet (230g) 
Tenderstem broccoli, blanched 
How to Make Chargrilled Spring Greens with Lemon Pork Chops (Serves 6)
No fire? No problem, grill spring greens in a hot griddle pan until charred.
Toss pork chops with oil, garlic and zest and marinade for 20 minutes
Blitz buttermilk, avocado, herbs and spring onion together until smooth
Add vinegar, garlic, anchovy and honey and blitz until smooth 
Add oil in a steady stream while machine is running 
Season and set aside 
Prepare medium coals and braai pork chops for 4-5 minutes until well charred, 
Season and Place vegetables on the grid for 3-5 minutes or until charred 
Serve veggies with dressing and pork chops
