Challenge
Insurance, construction, and restoration teams need to interpret complex weather data quickly. HailTrace needed simpler navigation and a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
Design direction
Workshops and user research helped identify friction in the existing platform. We started with desktop, prioritising clarity and access to critical data, then adapted the experience for mobile use in the field.
Scope
Competitor analysis, web app design, mobile app design, and a shared design system.
Outcome
A cohesive set of tools that makes weather insights easier to navigate and supports informed decisions across devices.
