The Problem: In the world of high-demand retail and sneaker culture, slow load times and friction-heavy checkout flows lead to abandoned carts and lost revenue. Most "ready-made" themes can't handle the speed required for a modern shopping experience.
The Solution: I engineered a mobile-first, high-conversion sneaker store demo focusing on clean retail aesthetics and technical efficiency. Built with Next.js, this architecture ensures that product images load instantly and the path from "Browse" to "Bought" is frictionless.
