Recently built an unsolicited e-commerce website demo for a Dhaka-based premium leather brand.
The goal was simple: show what a high-conversion, locally-optimized storefront could look like without requiring imagination from the client.
Key focus areas:
• Mobile-first luxury UI (dark editorial aesthetic)
• Bangladesh-specific trust signals (bKash, Nagad, COD)
• WhatsApp-first conversion flow
• Product UX with inline size selection
• Performance-first build (Next.js + optimized assets)
The result: immediate positive response and a call scheduled the same day.
Sometimes the best way to pitch is to build.
