Hackathon Management and Leaderboard Platform built using Lovable, Supabase, and Vercel

The REVEL x LycheeAI Hackathon Platform is a real-time tournament and event management web application built using Lovable, Supabase, and Vercel. It was developed for a robotics simulation hackathon powered by NVIDIA Isaac Sim and sponsored by Project Europe, EWOR, and Work Labs. The platform was built, deployed, and made live within 24 hours, enabling seamless registration, leaderboard management, and sponsor visibility for participants.

This project was designed to provide an end-to-end hackathon infrastructure system that could handle registrations, manage event schedules, and update live leaderboards for hundreds of participants in real time. The platform combined simplicity and performance — delivering a lightweight yet scalable event system suitable for high-traffic technical hackathons and competitions.

It was executed in collaboration with Brian Walker (Technical Director for major Hollywood productions like Star Wars and Avatar) and his team, marking a significant milestone for OneWeekMVP’s rapid deployment capabilities.

Frontend & UI: Lovable for fast AI-assisted UI development and responsive interface creation.

Backend: Supabase for real-time data sync, participant database, and leaderboard tracking.

Problem Statement: Traditional hackathons rely on manual tools like spreadsheets and shared drives for participant management, score updates, and communication. This approach lacks scalability, real-time updates, and user accessibility — especially during large international events.

Solution Overview: The REVEL x LycheeAI Hackathon Platform provides a centralized, AI-built web application that manages all hackathon operations under one system. Developed with Supabase for backend data flow and Lovable for frontend generation, it enables seamless registration, automated leaderboard updates, and instant content deployment through Vercel’s edge network.

What I Solved: Built the full platform architecture, including registration logic, leaderboard syncing, and sponsor integration. Handled UI, database schema, and API linking using Lovable, Supabase, and Cursor in collaboration with event organizers and technical teams.

My Unique Approach (USP): Delivered an entire event platform from design to deployment in less than a day, using AI-first tools like Lovable and 21st.dev for rapid prototyping and deployment. This project exemplified how high-visibility tech events can run entirely on AI-accelerated full-stack systems with zero manual overhead.
