Skyshare is a Web3-enabled luxury aviation platform developed using ReactJS, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Shadcn UI, and Supabase. It enables fractional ownership and chartering of private jets through blockchain tokenization, allowing verified buyers and jet owners to trade, lease, or rent aircraft slots using crypto or fiat payments.
The platform merges blockchain asset management, real-time booking, and NFT-based verification, creating a secure digital infrastructure for high-net-worth individuals and aviation firms.

Project Overview

Skyshare was designed to democratize private aviation by introducing fractional ownership and crypto-based chartering. Jet owners can tokenize their assets on the Skyshare blockchain, while charterers can rent available slots or flight hours based on location and availability. The system combines NFT minting, wallet integration, and Supabase-driven APIs to facilitate seamless, transparent transactions between owners and charterers.
Built under the OneWeekMVP ecosystem, the project demonstrates how Web3 technologies can redefine asset ownership in luxury sectors through tokenized smart-contract logic and high-end digital UX.

Problem Statement: Private aviation ownership is cost-intensive and administratively complex. There was no transparent or digital system allowing shared jet ownership or fractional leasing with blockchain-verified authenticity.
Solution Overview: Skyshare transforms jet ownership into a Web3-based asset model, where every aircraft or time slot is represented by an NFT token on the Skyshare blockchain. The platform integrates Supabase for operational data, wallet APIs for transactions, and ReactJS UI for real-time charter management, enabling users to buy, trade, or rent flight slots instantly.
