YouShip is a tech company connecting businesses with local couriers or autonomous delivery robots, focused on creating the most efficient delivery service, for any type of delivery.

We partnered with them to redesign their mobile app, completing a 360-degree collaboration that ensures a seamless and consistent user experience across all their platforms. Building on their existing marketing website and web app, our focus was to create a modern, user-friendly mobile interface that simplifies on-demand delivery for businesses, couriers, and partners alike.

Starting with a fresh onboarding sequence, we welcomed new users with simple walkthroughs and engaging illustrations. The main app screen offers clear options to send or receive orders, with convenient filters for active, past, and draft orders, making navigation effortless.

For transporters, we designed a tailored version that displays real-time route information, allowing them to optimize deliveries throughout the day. Meanwhile, partners have their own dedicated app interface to easily manage inventory, orders, and business details.
