Physical Welcome Pad

At our coworking space, we've transformed the Welcome Pad to better manage visitor arrivals, package deliveries, and mail handling, making it exclusive to receptionists due to COVID restrictions. Following comprehensive feedback, my team and I developed two specialized tools: one enhancing receptionist functionalities for better tracking and communication, and another allowing visitors to independently announce their arrival via an iPad. Partnering with Morning's Interior Design team, we also introduced an eco-friendly, visually striking stand that enhances our entrance and aligns with our sustainability commitment. These updates significantly improve our reception operations and visitor engagement, setting a remarkable first impression.
