A finance team doesn't book a demo of an AP tool until someone shows them what paper invoices cost them today, and most vendors hide that number behind a sales call 🧾

Ledgerline is an AP automation concept brand. The brief was to build a calculator that puts a yearly savings figure and a payback time on screen from a few sliders, explain how it was worked out, and then pass those numbers along with the demo request. The brand, prices and copy were all made for this concept.

Sliders for the team you have. Invoices per month, minutes per invoice, the hourly cost of a clerk and late fees per month. A switch adds early-pay discounts with two more sliders for AP spend and the share of vendors on 2/10 net 30.

The answer next to the inputs. Net savings for year one, hours back each month, payback time and return, plus a 12-month chart that marks the break-even point. Every number updates as a slider moves.

How we count it. Four short cards spell out the method for time, late fees, discounts and Ledgerline's own cost, so a CFO can check the maths.

Book with the numbers. The demo form takes name, work email, company and team size. It asks for a work address, and the request carries the invoices, savings and payback from the calculator.
