Microlearning Platform UX Redesign

A mobile microlearning platform designed for short, structured learning experiences that help employees build skills in everyday work contexts.

Challenge: After launch, user feedback showed that the learning content itself was engaging, but the experience around it felt fragmented. It wasn’t always easy to see where you left off, pick up an active course, or understand your overall progress across modules.

Solution: I analyzed user feedback and behavior, and benchmarked learning and habit-forming products to understand how the experience could better support continuous learning. I then reworked the core structure around a simple goal: make it easier to know what to do next and return to learning without friction.

The redesign introduced clearer progress visibility, faster access to active courses, topic-based navigation, and a simpler content structure adapted to mobile-first interactions. Together, these changes made learning easier to navigate between sessions and gave users a clearer sense of progress over time.
