9.22 - online fashion store, redesigned to make browsing and purchasing more efficient across desktop and mobile.
Challenge:
The store was built on a template, which limited some parts of the shopping experience. Navigation, product discovery, and the path to purchase could be improved, especially on mobile.
Solution:
A UX audit covered the full store experience — from navigation, search, and filters to product pages, cart, checkout, and registration. This helped identify unnecessary steps and unclear interactions that could slow users down.
The redesign focused on helping shoppers find relevant products faster and make purchase decisions with less effort. Navigation and content hierarchy were reworked, key product interactions were refined, and mobile layouts were adapted to create a smoother browsing experience.
Result:
↑ Conversion. Purchases increased after the redesign, based on client-reported results.
↓ Friction. A more direct shopping flow made it easier to move from product discovery to checkout.
