Comprehensive Event Management Platform Design

A platform for managing events and learning experiences across online, in-person, and hybrid formats (NDA, France).

Challenge: The platform brought together multiple roles and interconnected processes — from managing participants, speakers, programs, and materials to scheduling, feedback, progress tracking, and reporting. The challenge was to turn this complex ecosystem into a clear, coherent product that could support different workflows without becoming overwhelming.

Solution: I designed the platform end to end, from onboarding to core experiences for administrators, speakers, and participants. Each role had its own interface and workflows, while everything was built within one shared design system to keep the experience consistent across the product.

The overall structure connected event planning and management in one place — including calendars, materials, feedback, progress tracking, and statistics. I translated these interconnected processes into focused experiences for each role, making the platform easier to navigate while preserving the bigger picture of how everything works together across desktop and mobile.
